About Didaskalia Christian Apologetics Ministry

Didaskalia (didaskalia) is the Biblical Greek word for "teaching" or "doctrine". This word can be found in 1 Timothy 4:16:

"Watch yourself and your doctrine, persevere in them and you will save yourself and your hearers."

This is the goal for our ministry; to help individuals and Christian organizations keep close watch on their doctrine. And as this scripture reference shows, this perseverance is key to a healthy Christian life and ministry. We understand Reformed Theology is the best expression of Biblical faith, and we maintain and defend these beliefs.

The lead evangelist/apologist for Didaskalia is Daniel Knapp II. He has finished with his Masters of Divinity Degree from an evangelical seminary and has a passion for Biblical truth and apologetics. He became a Christian in college while studying Computer Science. During his senior year, he was encouraged to go into the ministry by family, friends, and leaders of Christian organizations. This calling was edified quickly in part by many people coming to Daniel for theological advice. Now finished with his degree, Daniel feels that teaching and apologetics would be the best way to honor God and serve the Church with his gifts.

The vision for Didaskalia is that it may become a full-time apologetics ministry which can honor God and His word in debate, presentations, articles, and other media. Looking to be an independent full-time ministry we are in need of support. If you feel that Didaskalia is doing godly work and can support us, either in prayer or other means, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Also, please contact us in order to arrange presentations, debates, other materials or needs.

We pray that this ministry honors God, shows people the truths of scripture, edifies believers, and provides resources for the Christian body for years to come.
